1) Monthly Gift Voucher Prize (Value: AWG 250)
Customers can win one gift voucher worth AWG 250 every month.
Participation Requirements:
- The campaign runs from February 2025 to January 2026.
- Participants must pay their FCCA bill on time within the respective month.
- Participants can enter the draw every month, as long as they meet the conditions.
- Payments must be made between the first and last day of the month.
- Participants must not have any outstanding payments.
- A late payment of up to three days due to FCCA office closures or weekends will still be accepted.
Selection Process:
- Each month, two winners are selected: one tenant and one mortgage customer.
- Participants are checked in advance for compliance with the conditions.
- Winners are selected randomly through a digital draw.
2) Annual Cash Prizes (Total: AWG 7,000)
The annual prizes are as follows:
- AWG 3,000
- AWG 3,000
- AWG 500
- AWG 500
Participation Requirements:
- The campaign runs from February 2025 to January 2026.
- Participants must pay their FCCA bill on time for 12 consecutive months.
- Payments must always be made between the first and last day of the month.
- There must be no outstanding payments during the campaign period.
- A maximum delay of three business days is allowed due to office closures or weekends.
Selection Process:
- All tenants and mortgage customers who meet the conditions are included in the selection.
- Participant names are verified and entered into a digital draw.
- The Annual Cash Prize draw is conducted under the supervision of an independent notary.
- The notary records the draw results and the selected winners in an official report.
General Terms & Conditions:
- Only the registered FCCA customer can participate in the draw; heirs or third parties are excluded.
- FCCA employees and their direct family members (parents, children, and partners) who are employed during the campaign period are not eligible.
- Siblings of management team members are not eligible for the prize draw.
- Former employees must be out of service for at least one year to participate.
- Former employees receiving income from an FCCA early retirement scheme (VUT) are not eligible.
- FCCA reserves the right to extend the campaign period or modify the conditions, with prior notification to participants.
- Prizes are non-exchangeable for cash or other goods and are non-transferable.
- Participants agree that their name and/or photo may be used in promotional materials such as social media, newsletters, and the FCCA website.
- FCCA will process participants’ personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws (AVG/GDPR).
- FCCA is not responsible for delays or non-delivery of prizes due to force majeure, such as natural disasters or technical malfunctions.
- Participants who do not meet the stated conditions will be automatically disqualified.
