The main objective of FCCA is to build houses for the Aruban community. We are the leader specialized in public housing on the island. We play this role by directly approaching our target groups, for whom an efficient and effective rendering of services comes first. As of 1981 FCCA has developed various construction projects of houses for the lower income bracket. FCCA also conducted the management and supervision of these projects. These houses are let to people looking for a house, part of the rent of which is subsidized by the government. In addition to the development of construction projects for the government of Aruba, FCCA also started developing its own construction projects of rental and owner-occupied houses. The Aruban Government places building land at FCCA's disposition for this purpose, while the foundation builds houses for its own account and risk. These houses are attuned to the demand of the people looking for a house in the lower and middle income brackets. (Click here to see projects in pipeline) |
